BRUNSWICK ACADEMY

Seventh Grade Summer Reading Program

Brunswick Academy students entering grade seven are required to read two books during the summer prior to their return to school.  All students will read the required book, Hatchet, by Gary Paulsen.  Students are required to have this book in their possession when they return to school in the fall.  The class will discuss the book, and each student will complete a written evaluation of its contents during the first few days of school.  The book may be purchased at Waldenbooks or another bookstore.

Each individual student will choose the second book from the Grade Seven Book List.  Choose a book you have not read.  This book will be used for the first written book report.  The due date will be announced after school begins.  Happy Reading!
