Fourth Grade Supply List

2008-2009

1 Backpack (no rolling backpacks are allowed)

1 Spiral Notebook – 4 section – Make sure paper doesn’t tear out easily.

1 Sturdy Pocket Folder

1 Homework Assignment Pad

Notebook Paper (no college ruled paper)

Small, soft plastic 3 ring binder to store notebook paper (no large zip binders)

Magic Rub Eraser - $  .75

#2 Pencils (wood or mechanical)

Art Box with scissors, small glue, crayons, colored pencils, and washable markers (no rulers)

Please label all school supplies with your student’s name

Each student needs to bring the following to be used in the classroom:

1 Box of Tissues (We will restock as needed)

2 Rolls of Paper Towels

1 Windex

B. A. requires all students to have a similar dictionary as they are needed for instruction.  They will be ordered after school begins.  You may be able to find a used Scott Foresman Intermediate Dictionary from one of our students in a higher grade.  This dictionary is correlated with our reading series and can be used for several grades.  Older dictionaries are not compatible with out curriculum.  If your student needs to order a new one when school starts, send a check for $27.00 written to Brunswick Academy and we will place the order.

Be sure your child knows multiplication facts and correct handwriting techniques.  We will test multiplication facts knowledge the first week of school.
