RoseMary would like for everyone to know that practices this week will more than likely be running longer than 7:00. It will run UNTIL she has completed what she needs to do for the day. PLEASE WORK ON YOUR HOMEWORK WHEN YOU ARE NOT ON STAGE!!!!!!! We will have homework moms there to help you if you need it. This is going to be some long, tiresome days/nights all this week. Please try to stay focused and we can hopefully finish early and GO HOME!!!!!

TUESDAY, 3/11  3:15-7:00   RUN SHOW  ** This will be a tech rehearsal and make-up    Bring $5 for supper

 

WEDNESDAY, 3/12  3:15-7:00  RUN SHOW   ** This will be a tech rehearsal and costumes  Bring $5 for supper

 

THURSDAY,  3/13  3:15-until   FULL DRESS REHEARSAL IN MAKEUP AND COSTUMES - WILL RUN ENTIRE SHOW BEFORE WE LEAVE FOR THE NIGHT  Supper provided by the Cruz's

 

FRIDAY, 3/14 - SATURDAY, 3/15      - if you plan on eating at school prior to the show, you need to be at school ready to eat your meal by 5:00 and in the make-up room (music room) by 5:45. Ater 6:00, no one can go back out in the open gym . You will be geting into costume, getting your props in place, etc. NO ONE IS ALLOWED TO COME BACK TO SEE YOU!!! YOU ARE ALSO NOT ALLOWED TO EAT AND DRINK ANYTHING OTHER THAN WATER IN YOUR COSTUMES!!!! DO NOT ASK SOMEONE TO BRING YOU A SNACK OR SODA BACKSTAGE!!

 

The week of the show, we need you to come straight to the gym after school, eat your meal and be ready to go. There will be people there to help you with your make-up and costumes. If you are not on stage, you are to be doing your homework. We will have "Homework Moms" to help. Play practice may run over the time of 7:00 so please be patient with us.

 

SUNDAY, 3/16 - be at school by 12:30 if you plan to eat a meal before the show. You need to be in make-up by 1:00.

 

The cast party is going to be held after the Sat. night show for an hour or so. There will be lots of food, music and a chance to have some fun time with your castmates. If your parents and siblings wish to stay, that is fine. We just ask that they bring something to contribute to the party as the cast party committee is just preparing for the cast and crew.
