TUITION & CHARGES FOR 2010-2011

 

Pre-K                    $4,750.00                      Grades 1-8            $5,500.00

Kindergarten        $4,800.00                      Grades 9-12          $5,650.00

 

 


 

Registration

A non-refundable $100.00 registration fee is required annually per family.  An additional penalty of $100.00 will be charged for registrations after March 31st for returning patrons.

 

Tuition

Tuition covers the cost of instruction, textbooks, student insurance, and general bus transportation when feasible.

 

Discounts

A 10% tuition discount is offered for the third child and a 25% discount for each additional child enrolled in the same family.  The discount is applied first to the youngest child enrolled.  Additional discounts are applied to the next oldest children enrolled.

 

Referral Credit:

If a new family is referred by a current patron and is accepted, enrolled and tuition paid for the next year, the current patron will receive a $250 credit toward their tuition for each new student enrolled.

 

Payment

Tuition is due and payable on or before June 30.  A statement will not be sent.  All tuition must be paid before your child/children can attend school.  This deadline is set to ensure the integrity of the budget.

 

Loss of Interest Penalty

The Academy utilizes interest from the total tuition of all patrons. For this reason, tuition not received by June 30th will be assessed an additional charge of $200 per child on the first day of July and another $100.00 per child on the first day of August.

 

School Bank Plan

The Academy has accepted bids from local banks in an attempt to provide you with the lowest possible rate.  Should you choose to use this alternative, please check the appropriate blank on the registration form.  You will then receive pertinent information from our designated bank so that you may apply for the loan.

 

Overdue Accounts

Students enrolled through the school bank plan will be subject to dismissal should accounts be reported by the bank as past due.

 

Refunds

In the event a child is no longer enrolled at the Academy, for whatever reason, a request for a tuition refund can be made in writing to the Board of Directors for its consideration.  Refunds are not guaranteed but, if granted, will be made based on the semester that the child was last enrolled.  A withdrawal fee of the first semester tuition will be required if a refund is requested prior to the beginning of school. If there is a discrepancy between the date of withdrawal and the date of release from the bank, the parent will be responsible for any and all carrying and/or closing costs.
