Brunswick Academy is pleased to announce the 2020 Brunswick Academy Valedictorian and Salutatorian: Sadler Hastings Lundy and Davis Keith Roberts.
Sadler Hastings Lundy, our 2020 Valedictorian, is the daughter of Russell A. Lundy of Bracey, VA and Marion Bell Sadler (Missi) (Class of ‘84) of Emporia, VA. While Sadler is undecided between Alabama Honors College, Clemson University and Virginia Tech Honors College, her future plans include a Major in Biology, and then Medical School where she will specialize in Dermatology.
Davis Keith Roberts, our 2020 Salutatorian, is the son of Brian K. Roberts (Class of ‘94) and Kimberly D. Roberts of Lawrenceville, VA. Davis will be attending East Carolina University’s Honors College to study Biology with a concentration on the Pre-Med curriculum; ultimately, he wants to earn his medical degree to become a family doctor.
In addition to our above named Valedictorian and Salutatorian, Sadler Hastings Lundy and Davis Keith Roberts, achieving Brunswick Academy’s top honors, several additional students from the Class of 2020 have earned the distinction of a 95 or higher cumulative grade point average and are thereby deemed Brunswick Academy Honor Graduates.
Emily Christine Robertson, daughter of Gary Robertson of South Hill, VA and Kim Dunbar of Kenbridge, VA, will be attending Longwood University’s Cormier Honors College, but currently has not decided upon a major of study.
Parker Channing Burke, son of Neil and Sidney Burke of South Hill, VA, is undecided at this time but will either attend The University of Virginia or Roanoke College. Parker is focused on studying Biology with a concentration in Pre-Med.
Kyle Donovan Tanner, son of Steven and Michelle Tanner of South Hill, VA, will be attending Virginia Tech to study Wildlife Conservation.
Sutton Bell Montgomery, daughter of Vin and Ann Montgomery (Class of ’90) of South Hill, VA, will be attending James Madison University and majoring in Marketing.
Katie Lynne Wright, daughter of William and Kay Wright of White Plains, VA, will be attending Southside Virginia Community College this upcoming fall; she will focus on the Education curriculum to become a Kindergarten teacher.
Mary Morgan Jamison, daughter of Harrison and Allie Jamison of Lawrenceville, VA, will be attending James Madison University to study International Business.
Jeremy Hart Creedle, son of Steve (BA Class of 1990) and Susan Creedle of South Hill, VA, will be attending High Point University and was awarded a spot in the Business Fellows program.
