Brunswick Academy will hold its combined Baccalaureate Service and Commencement Exercise on Saturday, May 31, 2025, at 10:00 a.m. in the school’s gymnasium. The featured guest speaker will be Brad Antill of Lawrenceville Baptist Church. This year, twenty-eight seniors are set to graduate.
Leading the Class of 2025 is Valedictorian Natalie Claire Allen, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Robert Luther Allen III of Carson. Natalie will attend Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University, where she plans to study Biological Sciences. Serving as Salutatorian is Abbie Grace Lucy, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Jeremy Thomas Lucy of Ebony. Abbie will attend James Madison University and plans to study Business.
In addition to the top academic honors, five other students will graduate with honors. These students are Lexi Vaughan Howerton, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Edward Kyle Howerton of McKenney and Mrs. Julie Webb of McKenney; Emma Caroline Jones, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. John Gregory Jones, Sr., of Gasburg; Ryan Marie Dickens, daughter of Joseph Alston Dickens, Jr. and Christine E. Dickens of Emporia; Caitlyn Anne Moore, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Calvin Moore of Stony Creek; and Alaina Jane Roberts, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Brian Roberts of Lawrenceville.
Fourteen members of the graduating class are children or grandchildren of Brunswick Academy alumni, proudly continuing the school’s legacy of academic achievement and community tradition.
