Brunswick Academy is pleased to announce the December 2021 Underclassman Student of the Month: sophomore Nathan Daniel Love. Nathan is the son of Cory & David Love (‘92) of South Hill, VA. His brother, Micah, graduated from Brunswick Academy in 2019, & his sister, Shana, is a senior.
Nathan is enrolled in the Honors Program & is also taking a dual enrollment Pre-Calculus class at SVCC. Nathan loves to play basketball & has been on the BA team since he was in 7th grade.
Nathan also enjoys playing soccer & has played for BA since the 7th grade as well. He ran cross country as a freshman. During the time when school was virtual because of COVID, he took up weight training, which he continues.
Nathan attends the Berea Christadephian Church & participates in youth camp every summer. He helps maintain the youth campgrounds in Chase City.
Nathan is interested in becoming an engineer. After high school graduation in 2024, he hopes to attend Virginia Tech.
